This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which we will accept returns or exchanges and provides details on how to process your return.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to avoid any damage during return shipping. Ensure that all original materials (tags, boxes, etc.) are included.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
  5. Send the Return: Once your item is packaged, send it to the return address provided in the RA instructions. Please include the RA number on the package.

B. Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at info@manztopic.click to discuss available options. If you wish to exchange an item for a product of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

3. Refunds

A. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges and Store Credit

If you are not interested in a refund and prefer to exchange your item for a different pair of earrings or receive store credit, we will happily assist you with the exchange process. Store credit can be used for future purchases at Manztopic.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow our standard return process.

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
